Philanthropy and Community Engagement  

All PlanSource employees are encouraged to spend time giving back to causes they care about with our paid volunteer time, which offers 16 hours annually of paid time off. Opportunities are also offered throughout the year for employees to make contributions to charities through our employer-match payroll deduction program.
