1. Apply online
Submit your application online, the process takes a few minutes and is mobile-friendly; click above to search for open positions
2. Resume Review
Your resume and qualifications will be reviewed by a member of our Talent Acquisition Team (a real human). If we think you’re a match you’ll hear from us. If not, you will be notified via email and your info stays on file and we may reach out for opportunities in the future.
3. Recruiter Phone Screen
A member of our TA team will schedule time with you to discuss your background and qualifications, and tell you more about the role, team and organization.
4. Assessments
All companies in the Vista Portfolio utilize assessments as part of the hiring process. These assessments predict future success in a role and ensure you will be working with individuals of a similar skill and aptitude level. Assessments will measure things like Cognitive Aptitude, problem solving, logical and verbal reasoning. Personality assessments will give us more insight into your individual workstyle preferences. Assessments are a mandatory part of interviewing at PlanSource.
5. Interviews
You'll have the chance to speak with multiple members of the team to learn more about the role and share relevant details about your background and work history. You’ll also have a chance to ask us questions. Check out our Interview Tips Below.
6. Offer/Background Check
If you’re selected, you’ll receive your offer and be asked to complete a background check. This will include a drug screen, criminal record search, and verification of previous employment and/or education.
7. Onboarding
Congratulations your background check is complete! It’s time to get ready to join! You’ll be able to fill out mandatory forms, set up your pay/direct deposit, preview our benefits and more prior to joining! You’ll also receive your equipment on or before your first day to ensure a smooth experience. You may even get the chance to see our offices and meet your team prior to Day 1.
7. Orientation
We want to set you up for success! We offer multiple programs during your first weeks here including our Ignition and LiftOff programs which give you insight into our products, company and culture. You may also receive team/department-specific training to ease you into your role.

Presentation is Everything
We recommend you dress business professional, as well as bring a notebook so you can take notes during the interview.
Test Your Tech
Cut down on technical difficulties by testing out your setup ahead of time using the same platform, internet connection, and hardware you plan to use for the interview.
Prepare Yourself
Be ready to discuss the role you’re applying for and your previous experience. No one knows your experience better than you and remember that we are excited to meet you and get to know you a bit better, so don’t be afraid to be yourself!
Ask Questions
Do your research on the company and role. You are interviewing us as well, so don’t be afraid to ask us questions about things like culture, day-to-day responsibilities, and advancement opportunities.
Minimize Distractions
Find a calm, quiet place to take your interview to cut back on unwanted noise or distractions.

YES! You can check the status of any of your applications any time via the PlanSource Career portal. Access this with the login information you created when you first applied.
Great question. Along with your experience and qualifications, the assessment is a key tool that we use in our process to find the right candidate. This helps us make sure that not only are you a fit for us, but that we are a fit for you! We want this to be a match on both sides.
6 months
We apologize. We aim to review all applications as quickly as possible and respond to everyone who applies, regardless of whether we are able to move forward with their candidacy.However, there may be times when we receive many applications and cannot respond to every candidate. If you are being considered to move forward, you will hear from a member of the Talent Acquisition team regarding the next steps.
